Most classes are 45–60 minutes.
Your rental stays available for 5 days, so you can pause, return later, or revisit a class anytime during that window.
You do not need to complete a class all at once.
Some days your practice may be 15 minutes. That still counts.
Come as you are — we’ll meet you there.
