Michele Einig MS Psych, RYT 200

Sam

Mental Health Expert and Yogi

Michele’s yoga journey began 20+ years ago when she stepped onto the mat for a beginner Kripalu yoga class offered at a local community center and fell in love with the practice. Michele brings a wealth of life experience to her yoga practice, with a focus on working with adults facing various life challenges. She strongly believes that what we learn on the mat can translate to significant improvements in our lives off the mat. Michele holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology and recently earned her RYT-200 certification from Just Plain Yoga. She has received specialized training in teaching trauma informed yoga for youth. She provides yoga sessions in an alternative educational setting as well as a Wilderness Challenge Program, where she emphasizes mindfulness through breath and movement. Michele is passionate about sharing both the physical and mental benefits of yoga to help people of all ages achieve balance and harmony in the face of life’s many complexities.
