Amanda's journey as a yoga instructor began in 2004 after she received her certificate from Sara City Workshop and later completed her 200 hour RYT Training through Just Plain Yoga. Her background in Fibers and Printmaking with a minor in Art History from Temple University's Tyler School of Art has given her a unique perspective and creative approach to teaching yoga. She believes that yoga is for everyone and strives to make her classes balanced, fun, and accessible to practitioners at any level.
Amanda's classes are infused with humor and warmth that will leave you feeling both challenged and uplifted. She provides clear cueing and modifications to ensure that every student feels supported in their practice.
When Amanda is not on the mat, she enjoys making wine, riding on the back of her husband's Himalayan, hiking, and spending time with her loved ones. Her love for nature and being outdoors is evident in her hobbies of hanging laundry, getting down and dirty in her garden, or taking a walk. Above all, Amanda's ultimate goal in life is to be a shining example of Christ's love. Join her on the mat and experience her passion and dedication to yoga and helping others.
