Just Plain Yoga …
Real People. Real Yoga. Since 2003
Come as you are — leave feeling like yourself again.
Welcome to Just Plain Yoga — a non-intimidating, down-to-earth place to learn, breathe, and feel like yourself again.
Since 2003, we’ve been Central PA’s home for authentic yoga and real community — where relief, reconnection, and grounded strength take root.
No nonsense — just wellness, wisdom, and the quiet joy of moving in a way that supports your life.
Whether you’re here to unwind, grow stronger, or simply belong, this is your space.
Just Plain Yoga. Real people. Real practice. Since 2003.
Come as you are — leave feeling like yourself again.
Meet Our Founder – Tina Stroh, BA, E-RYT® 500
I’m the founder and director of Just Plain Yoga, a down-to-earth, community-focused studio in Camp Hill, PA that’s been welcoming real people to real practice since 2003.
With over 30 years of experience as a student and teacher of yoga, I bring a grounded, accessible approach to wellness—rooted in tradition but shaped by real-life experience. My mission is to make yoga feel like home: safe, honest, and empowering, no matter where you're starting from.
My journey has taken me across the world—from studying yoga culture in India and Nepal to teaching my first class at a nudist colony (yes, really). I’ve shared Thanksgiving dinner in the rainforest of Madagascar, shaken hands with the Dalai Lama, and danced with Patch Adams. These moments—unconventional, joyful, and deeply human—inspire how I connect with others through yoga every day.
I hold a B.A. in International Studies and Theatre, and have worked as both a theatre instructor and a television producer—roles that taught me the power of presence, storytelling, and adapting in real time. I’ve also studied Sanskrit and yogic philosophy, and completed numerous advanced trainings in yoga, mindfulness, and holistic wellness.
As a lifelong learner, educator, and mother, I believe in demystifying yoga while honoring its roots. Through Just Plain Yoga, I’ve had the privilege of guiding thousands of students and building a welcoming space where people don’t have to look or be a certain way to practice.
Now, I’m expanding our offerings to include teacher training and mentorship—for those ready to lead with integrity, compassion, and a whole lot of heart.
Mugs, journals, hoodies, and more — carry your practice with you.

Our Vision
To spark a ripple effect of resilience — one person, one practice at a time.
We envision a community where yoga feels accessible, real, and relevant to everyday life.
Just Plain Yoga is a trusted home for movement, learning, and leadership — where people come not just to practice yoga, but to live it, on and off the mat.
